While our 7-day refund policy is to allow students to learn risk free, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 7 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.

Refund requests are submitted immediately to your payment processor or financial institution after “Pass Your Driver’s License” has received and processed your request. It may take 5 to 10 business days or longer to post the funds in your account, depending on your financial institution.

The training courses on this website may not be purchased for re-sale. Should we suspect that any such courses are being purchased for sale, we are entitled to cancel your order immediately on notice to you.
